How to lengthen my stock

I need to lengthen the stock on my Benelli 121 semi by 3/8", currently the stock is original with just a plastic end cap.

What would you recomend for the extra length? I had a rubber end on my last gun and found it caught my clothes whereas the plastic butt slides over clothes especially when I have a few layers on.

Ideally would like an insert of some sort so it slips between the stock and plastic end cap.

Yep, just get a stock spacer and fit it between the stock and pad.

They're usually oversized and need to be ground down to size. Simple enough to do and will do the job. :good:

Hi Cos

You have been shooting your gun for a long while now, and you are used to handling it. Now is the time to get it fitted correctly, pop up and see Peter Godfrey at Royston, great bloke and very good at fitting, plus very knowledgeable. If you want his contact details drop me a PM or give me a call.

Hi,

You can get OEM spacers for the Benelli, also third party ones that don't require any changes to the gun as they use the factory mounts, you may need to get them from the US though.

I added an inch to the LOP of my 391 using similar spacers from the US.

I'll be honest mate my gun isn't very expensive and probably doesn't warrant spending any money on it. Was advised by Mike Gammon and Joe that I was shooting a little high due to my gun being slightly short. So will try this and see how I get on till I can save for a better gun one day.
