Brad93 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Share Posted June 28, 2011 Ive found if you can take out all the ill ones and the rest from local burrows you can get rid of it as I did two years ago; can't say I've seen one blind one now. rimfire4969 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Share Posted June 28, 2011 (edited) We always have a few rabbits with myxy kicking around, i don't think it ever goes away anywhere, i always shoot them on sight or catch them do away with them. But we also have a very health population living alongside them. If you shoot a rabbit that has alot darker fur around its eyes i have been told they have had myxy and that is the scaring left when they recovered.
