Thunderbird
Just picked a meagre 3/4 of a pound of really nice ripe black currants from a small tree in the back garden, just wondering what drinks recipes anyone knows for them (alcoholic). Thunderbird
I'm thinking blackcurrant vodka, made on the same lines as sloe gin.

C00KIE
I`ve made loads of these type `beverages` from blackcurrant to cranberry to toffee to elderberry,.. They all work well, just pick the best suited fruit to alcohol, last lot i made was elderberry gin and vodka. Same principle as sloe gin, no real recipe just estimate the sugar, fruit and alcohol quantities. Happy days.
Thunderbird
Made the vodka, just experimenting with how much sugar to put in. I'll taste it as it goes along.
