Dunkield
Does anyone have the definition of what constitutes a 'park' in relation to deer stalking?
Gimlet
BDS quote a legal definition for deer farms as "land where, by way of business, conspicuously marked deer are kept behind deer proof barriers for the production of meat, skins and other products or as breeding stock." Sounds like park deer. Whether it covers a herd of fallow kept by a millionaire as ornaments I don't know.
Dekers
Does anyone have the definition of what constitutes a 'park' in relation to deer stalking? One of those questions where the answer would seem quite straightforward, but I guess there will always be Grey areas. Fortunately I don't have any problems and only a couple of sites where they are most clearly fenced/fed/kept/bred/controlled.
