PestController
I have used it on the back of an AGS Tactical scope, and use the mag. of the scope, set to about 6-8 times. Once set up it's easy to distinguish rabbits etc. out to 60 yards. But you can use the full adjustment of whatever your day scope offers you, and leave the NV set to it's own setting. ( it's capable of 3* on its own ). I personally found these settings suited me, however everyone's sight is different, but you have a combination of settings to use, diopter eyepiece etc. then your own scope, so it offers, once set up, total flexibility. I used it on a FAC 55ft/lb PCP (Daystate), awesome out to 80 yards. I've never tried it on my C/F's. I like to see a backstop! B)
