When you have typed your text in the text box if you look below that on the left hand side of the page there is the word "Attachments" (In blue). Immediately below that is a browse button. Click the "Browse" button and then select the photo you want to upload from your files. You might have to resize the photo as there is a size limit applicable (Max. single file size 300K) Once you have selected the photo you wish to upload click on the "Attach This File" button and there you go, you have attached and uploaded your photo!
