For the piston would ABBEY MOLY G-n PASTE be ok

How much paste/grease do u use thin smear or loads?

Get a can of motorcycle chain lube, or 'wax'. Spray this genrously over the spring, and it will remove the twang. Dont buy expensive spring lube, as its a waste of money.

Motorcycle chain lube is designed to be 'no fling', in otherwords it is made to stick to metal at high speed, so its perfect for a spring.

I would give you some if you lived nearby as I have loads of cans of the stuff for my bikes :good:
