russ91 Posted November 1, 2011 Report Share Posted November 1, 2011 Hi guys I'm going to be looking at taking on about 800 acer of mixed farm land to put a small pheasant rough shoot syndicate on for next season. What's the prices like at the moment on leasing sporting rights? I'm a underkeeper so I know the costs of running shoots just unsure about sporting rights prices any help would be much apresheated. cosmos05 Posted November 15, 2011 Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 depends om the terain it varies on my shoot i pay some from £2.50 to £8 pr acre it depends how much u want the land and how good it can be in your shoot, but remember you may have to pay for cover strips as well whicg averagers out about £250 pr acre around me.
