Thanks for reply Charlie , the only reason I asked the question is we've had a bit of a run in with some dog walkers on our shoot who thought it was highly funny to let their dogs chase birds about all over the place. Anyway to cut a long story short we ended have a vist form the boys in blue and they kept asking one question how many dogs would be working on a given day so this why i posed the question to see if I was jumping to the wrong concultion or not. so i guess as long as the dogs dont put up to many hares then we should be alright.Cheers Dave. Doesn't matter how many hares get put up. As long as your intention is to flush birds, and you stop dogs chasing down hares then there is no issue.
