border Scott
Ive got a question for any sparks out there. Im looking to build a house in the spring and im looking for a rough guide as to what to expect to pay for the wiring. It is a dorma bungalow with 5 bedrooms. Not looking for anything fancy, reasonable number of power points in each room, tv in bedrooms, smoke detectors, pendant lights, 2 electric showers and to wire in boiler and underfloor heating thermostats. I know every job is different but a ball park figure would be great. Im in south west Scotland. thanks

scotland rifles
all the cable work in this new house was just over 4k 3 bedroom fully detached with 2 garages. but that was alarms, garages as they are separate, roof lights under ground lights satellite cables and TV free-view cables to every room except the bathroom toilet and on suit, but then again the house was £208 k to buy, bob.
