ciaran
I was wondering what the button on the side of a beretta 390/391 was used for? It is the one in the lower left hand corner?
rabbit killer
to stop carts moving into the carrier when the shot is fired (to stop it reloading once fired)i think
the last engineer
also allows you to rechamber another cartridge without chambering from the mag. eg lets say you have a couple of #6's in the gun, one in the mag one in the spout, you can eject the chambered round and select a different cartridge leaving the mag round where it is, i hope that makes sense  Martin. ciaran
But does it not normally eject the one in the chamber?
Paddy Galore!
the truth is it's none of the above... that little button you're on about? don't push it or your gun will self destruct, your teeth will fall out, and your testes will dry and shrivel up before your very eyes... the last engineer
not if you select the button, it will spit out the chamber only and hold the mag round where it sits can only agree with the Testies bit above,,, good thing as kids should be not seen or heard Edited January 10, 2012 by the last engineer
ciaran
Ahh right..Seems a good job then, apart from your testes drying up haha, I take it this has happened to someone then ha..
