Had intended an early start this morning to go to the Flint Clay Target \club, with the frog, nice friendly little club were you are always made to feel welcome, BUT when I woke I knew by the atthritic ache in my hands it wasd going to be cold, I took one look at the ice on yhe car and got back into bed. Roll on 10 days time when I am off to Spain to shoot. Anyone have the same problem with the cold and do uou like this weather for shooying ? Tam
Push through the pain buddy & don't lie down to it you will eventually feel better for it
Sandbank
I can sympathise entirely, I have arthritis in both hands, spreading to elbows etc. But at 63 realise it is not going to get better any time soon. So I agree with Tam, go for it if you can. Being retired with time to spare I am often shooting 3 times a week. Not always comfortable but figure a time may come when I cannot safely continue so I am seizing every opportunity I can. However like yourself I look forward to warmer weather, unfortunately not in Spain in my case. Have a great time over there and hope the kinder climate helps.
