Larson traps

As the weather was veru=y foggy in cheshire all day i made a few larson traps in the workshop i made a 3 compartment and a two

i was thinking off putting them up for sale have a look and dont pull any punches and any idea what i should charge would be

very helpful

I'd say they were a bit too small, considering you have to provide food and water and shade to the captive bird(by law) its probably not even roomy enough for outstretched wings

my wooden trap is much larger in size, both of catching sections, and call bird section, being twice the size of trap cage sections

The top one is 6' x 2' x 2' and the one underneath is 4' x 2' i thought that was large enought all the one i have seen for sale are smaller than these two

they looked smaller in the pictures, you should have included something else in the piccy

The floor mesh is too large, (the birds will injure their feet), also there is no shelter nor a perch for any of the birds.

 

You risk being prosecuted by the RSPB for animal cruelty.

The mesh is 2" x 2" and there are no perch,s because they have just walked out of the workshop and i know they need a cover when they are used but all the critism is appreciated keep it coming
