blacky
I am applying for a FAC and I have a shot gun cert at the moment and so the police know about my conviction in 1989 so do i need to put down on Question 14 of the Firearm application about the convicted or do i just say same as shot gun cert? Imperfection
Write the conviction down down because its a different application.
FarmerSim
Imperfection's advice is right, I think. Just to cover everything, I might also reference your SGC app, and point out that they are aware of the conviction, having been previously notified...blah blah blah.... Bloke
Yep, as has been said, you must write it down. I queried this recently regarding my FAC application and was told that ALL convictions and medical details - even if they were recently passed for SGC, should still be put on FAC, as they are treated as a completely separate process - seems daft, but them's the rules. Good luck with your application....
