This is the sort of attitude that allows terrorist cells to operate next door to you, hash-houses to be rife throughout the UK, and old people to lie dead in their homes for days coz nobody gives a $*&%. I would be not happy with someone who behaves in a suspicious manner, Hmm keep a look out guys and report them, if they are innocent , whats the problem???
