Big Tel Posted February 27, 2012 Report Share Posted February 27, 2012 Went out on Saturday, for a spell shooting over grass, that had all the barn scrapings put on it for last 2 weeks. Got there for 1.00pm. Put the decoys out. had the odd bird coming in. Then noticed that there was a lot os birds coming into a small copse just to my right. In the end, i set myself down in the copse, shooting them as they came into the copse. Turned out quite a good afternoon, finished on 30 pigeodn, 1 crow. Hello mate Yes we did, weather was against us, sunny and zero wind on a mild day. We managed to shoot 30, but on both accounts that should have been a few more The rape was top dressed two days before, so the birds should be back on it soon and we'll be back out there for sure.
