Rushjob
Daft question - have you stripped & cleaned it completely? Mine was a bit arsey with subs when I first bought it but a full fettle soon sorted that. I've known a few with sticky cocking levers where the spring binds on the shaft making the gun work harder to cycle.
garygreengrass
Had the same problem when I had a 10/22, just had to give it a good clean.
gunner269
I had the same problem with mine, I was told to remove just one coil of the spring, I was a bit reluctant at first but went ahead and did it. It's never failed to reload since, IF IT'S KEPT CLEAN!!!
coyotemaster
Had the same problem when I had a 10/22, just had to give it a good clean. That's exactly what it needs! One caution---be careful when cleaning the trigger assembly (don't lay on it's side} because there is a retaining pin that has a bad habit of sliding out. Not a big deal but could be confusing if you didn't see it come out.
