humperdingle Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 If it's a faulty product, and it's within a 'reasonable' period of time, you don't need a box or instructions. In fact in most cases, you don't even need a receipt as long as you can prove purchase... i.e. card statement. Tell him you'll contact Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice.
