Had a good day out today with Aubs of the PW site we shot together last year a few times.

This is the first time we had been out shooting together this year we met up just after 8am.

Went to one field and set up on some fallen barley that was getting a few crows on, anyhow by 12 we had shot one each so we decided time to move.

I followed shaun down all these narrow contry roads till we found the field he had been told about by John from the NPPC another barley field getting hit by pigeons.

We watched the field for quite a while then set up near a small patch that was flattened down.

Hide set up in hedge back decoys out and magnet set up by 2pm.

Then it started never seen him miss so many birds nearly p***** myself laughting but all good natured fun.

We ended the day with 37 pigeons at 6-30pm.

And before he tells you,the birds were landing in the middle of the field so i decided to fire a few shots to get them moveing i was useing my auto and 36grm no 8 rotties as i fired all three straight off i lost my balance with the kick back and ended up on my **** in the hedge.

And the rotten sod just stood there laughting (with mates like that who wants enemies) :good::)????????????
