If you are going to criticise someone's spelling, get it right. Do not start a sentence with a question mark. If you must use "dont" then use an apostrophe "don't", however the sentence is poor English to start with. Consider "Perhaps you intended to say 'off' " as an alternative. As for "were", I think you mean "we're", a contraction of we are. In this context it is only you being picky so I would have chosen "as I am". I assume "been" is a typing error or perhaps you could have intended to write "being", not a common typing mistake I have to say. Finally, you only need one full stop.
