Dougy Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 I had some calls and texts over the last week asking if it was me over the back fields lamping I wish, i was at work. So who was it only i have permision to shoot on this land and its only road access is through the farm. So trophy cams set up and more time out, Farmers not too happy either of which there are 3 involved. Anyone found that should not be there,may just get treated to a free meal anyway Last nights results was a head shot Fox, and it had to be one of the silliest ones around, My first shot missed,shooter era due to the very low bi-pod (wheat getting a little too high now)instead of fetching a higher one from the motor 50yds away It ran to the left about 100yds and sat looking, not a safe shot so we moved down wind and passed it, it then ran to the right out to about 250-300yds back to the first shot position not being confident at being able to see him we moved a little closer, it wasnt moving just sitting. :wacko: well i got down and could just see the top of his head and a little bit of neck.
