Colc08
Ok I have had my Rizzini 20g for years but never really known what it is or my what my chokes are. Never really bothered me as only really used it for poking around in a hide pigeon shooting. So... It's over/under with 27 inch barrels. Emilo rizzini ( I believe there are several rizzini brothers who are all rizzini gun smiths and they each put there own stamp on ) Single trigger selector The bead has a red dot on the front and one on the back. Top barrel has 15 9 stamped followed by a badge then 3 stars. Bottom barrel has 15 8 followed by the badge and 4 stars Top barrel has cam 76 stamped and bottom barrel has kc1420 stamped. If anyone could make anything from this info I would massively appreciate it. Would love to know model, chokes and maybe roughly what it would be worth. I have always looked after it and is in good condition. Thanks Col
s.wray
1/4 Choke bottom 1/2 in the top and i think the 76 would be chamber lenth
wj939
Might be wrong but the 15.8 I believe is bore size, they dont have to be the same regardless of choke just within a range
wj939
The kc might be italian proof house year code. Andd the 1420 I think is the proof pressure in metric. Kg square cm or something. Pretty certain thats proof pressure one way or the other
Colc08
Thanks for the responses guys, very helpful Anyone any ideas about the name of teh Model? Cheers Colin
Graham M
A 20 bore is nominally 0.614” which normally equates to 15.6mm, so 15.8mm (0.622) is on the generous side for a 20g but not unusual. As for the stars, *= full **= ¾ *** = ½ **** = ¼ G.M.
malkiserow
Put the barrel (only) on the scales as it might be the barrel weight in Kg
