OddJob
Just wanted to say a very public thank you to John Heading, username 'HEADING' on here. A while back I asked for some contacts for some shooting vests for the school club and John, through PhilR, volunteered his services. He has been hugely generous in arranging prices/delivery from Italy etc and getting the embroidery done for free. We met up today to take delivery and they are awesome! Lovely quality Castellani stuff, the lads are going to look absolutely brilliant, not to mention Terry and I! He's even got some name badges for us all. Not only did he do them at trade price or below, he also donated a slab of cartridges to the club. I've been really touched as I know all of this must have taken him a lot of time and effort for no return, so thanks John, you're a true gent. For the rest of you lovely lot, we've used some of the money donated/obtained through the sale of goods John also donated to subsidise the cost for the students, so thank you all very much for your support. We're getting there and helping add new blood to the sport and making a difference in the lives of the students. For one lad, this is the only positive thing about school at the moment and is something that he would never have got in to otherwise...and he's a bit good to! Photos from the School's challenge is also here, if you're interested: (use the right arrow to advance the slideshow faster) http://www.flickr.com/photos/nealxs/sets/72157629730086557/ Edited April 12, 2012 by OddJob
