It certainly seems to be routine, don't worry about it. I am on what my FEO calls a class B status - no restrictions etc on my licence, but they contact or visit me yearly, because I have some very nasty long-term health problems and quite rightly, they need to make sure I am continuing to be well enough to look after the guns. Even then I had no problems with my SGC, and I have just gone through my FAC interview with no problems, just the yearly contact, no problem, GP confirmed I am Ok from the shooting standpoint. You should be fine if all you have is slightly high cholesterol and high blood pressure, as long as the medicines sre keeping you ok. :good:

 

I think the renting question is all about who else has access to the property, i.e. landlord etc, and do they need checking.
