Cranfield
bill, I have no experience of the particular scratch cards that came in Sporting Gun. However, we get them in magazines, Sunday newspapers etc , all the time. You always have a winning ticket and you have to telephone a premium phone number to claim your prize. The charge for that call is usually well over £1 per minute. When you "claim" your prize, you actually find out that all you have "won", is the chance to go in to a "draw". Your number, plus the numbers of everyone else that phones in, are "drawn" and one winner is declared. If you want to know who has won, you can telephone another premium phone line and hear a list of names and locations ( ie. Mr J Smith, Birmingham), read out. They make a lot of money from these premium telephone calls. I,m sure that there are lots of real winners and these scratch cards are legal and comply with all the current legislation. Remember; "If it looks too good to be true, it usually is". We throw our scratch cards in the dustbin. :( Sorry Mate, don,t give up your day job. highdowns hunter
Bill Cranfield is correct, everyone has a winning ticket, and usually 99 times out of 100 they are all top prize winners, Dont waste your time and money throw it in the rubbish
