Not the one that hangs on a hook, I bought one of those and it swings in the wind and bangs on the wall. I reckon the Winter gales will smash it to pieces. This is the style, http://www.buy-solar.com/solcoacligwa.html I have emailed these people to get a shipping cost, but I think all together its going to be an expensive purchase from them. There has to be a cheaper option. I have checked out eBay and Googled everywhere, I can find chrome ones, main power ones, but not exactly what I am looking for.
