JonathanL
Hi guys, does anyone know if I have to specify a caliber when applying for an FAC air rifle ie 177, 22 or 25 Legally - no. You can ask for a range of calibres say, .177-.22, for instance. There is nothing to prevent you from applying for, say, a rifle 'up to .30 cal'. The key point is that you must demonstrate the necessary 'Good Reason' for possessing the particular firearm. If you can show that what you are asking for is reasonable then there is no reason wh your should not get it. J.
