jackinbox99
I have both. An s410 and a mossberg hushpower .410 shotgun as well as a .410 sbs shotgun. Both have their uses. Personally I use the s410 much more than the 410`s. I tend to shoot rats, pigeons, rabbits, squirrels etc.. all the usual stuff and my first weapon of choice is always the s410. I find it has a longer range and is more accurate for kills. Originally I figured the .410 shotgun would be used more, as i could hit moving targets as well, but in reality ive hardly used them. The cartridges cost double that of a 12 bore, and if your reloading then you`ll have an additional initial outlay on the gear which would take you a long time to pay off. One of the biggest factors for me too is noise. When im out rabbiting with the s410 you can litterally pick them off. One shot from the .410 and they leg it.
