trakker01 Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 Flat bit of yorkshire stone & a good butchers steel, does the trick if you wanna shave.. make sure the quality of steel on ya blade is good to start, cheepo knifes are tiresom...you have to sharpen 'em every day.. get a good knife & it'll stay sharp (6" er)..1 for gutting- 1 for skinning & an small axe for bones!!
