NickHead
Take a couple of breasts and slice them to 3-4mm thick. dab of oilve oil in a pan and half a clove of crushed garlic. Add the breast meat and give them a quick singe Hi Marlin.45, luckily enough, I like garlic, so that could take a bit of that strong taste away. I don't know what I was expecting when I tasted it, maybe a bit weaker. I was told to leave the blood in it, but being used to soaking rabbits in salt water overnight, I did the same. Other ideas were, flatten the breasts, using a steak hammer, and pan fry using butter. Everybody has their own ideas, and I suppose it's what we fancy, or have time to do. It is a shame to let it go to waste, especially when restaurants sell them for extortionate amounts. I was pleasantly surprised how much meat from the breasts can be extracted. I was even thinking about the legs as drumsticks, because they had more meat on then mine. Maybe next time. Regards Nick
