monkey_trumpet
Now then chaps. As I put in my introduction, today was the day of my first lesson. I went down to White Lodge in Lincolnshire (near Thornton Abbey). It's a lovely little place and Robert is a great instructor. My Sister and Brother inlaw had come with me to watch and decided to have a go aswell! They had also not fired a shotgun before and it was quite amusing at first as my sister was definatly not dressed for it! But with some tuition she was soon hitting plenty of clays. For a first attempt I was very pleased and think we all did well for beginners. Having had a great time we have all decided to book another one. I have now got the bug and I'm not the only one. Apparently I should watch out! Next time my sister won't be wearing un-suitable foot wear and it might just get competitive!! Great fun and can't wait to go again.
