Asa Bear
I have a problem with the left hand cartridge pocket coming away from the Daytona jacket I purchased from Marsh Farm country supplies in November 2011. I have tried emailing Marsh Farm with no reply. I also rang them today but no answer. Has anybody else had dealings with this company? http://www.marshfarmcountry.co.uk/index.php Does anybody have a direct contact for Deerhunter? Over to the PW massive. Zulu
Bought my Deerhunter trousers from them earlier this year via ebay , had a couple of questions which they answered quickly , might be worth while contacting that way . mudpatten
I`ve used Marsh Farm a couple of times and their service has been excellent. There is an email contact point for Deerhunter on their own website. I emailed them with a question about an inoperative press stud on a new Ram jacket and was pleasantly surprised to get an answer with a complete pictorial and written guide as to how to deal with it within 48 hours. Deerhunter is a Danish firm. The bloke who replied to me has a name which sounds Vietnamese but his English was excellent. All in all, can`t complain. Asa Bear
Well Marsh Farm have responded. They said they have spoken to Deerhunter and because it was end of line, bought through auction at a reduced price and purchased seven months ago nothing could be done. Asa Bear
Deehunter directed me back to Marsh Farm. Richard at Marsh Farm tried to con me into thinking auctions weren't covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 & hung the phone up on me. Trading Standards say different so letter in the post. Asa Bear
Any update on how you got on Logo? DaveL The Deerhunter rep recontacted me and agreed to repair the jacket. He asked for me to send him the jacket through the post direct to him. When I received the jacket back it looked like it had been repaired by a child! I complained but was passed from pillar to post. The Deerhunter coat is decent enough but I wouldn't recommend if only because of their poor customer services.
