Sticky96 Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 Afternoon all, I have been thinking about maintaining and refurbishing my grandfathers old air rifle from the early sixties and I was wandering if I could use Boiled Linseed Oil to both stain and maintain the furniture of this rifle and my other air rifles? Also are the Napier cleaning products for Shotguns and air rifles as good as they seem or are they a waste of money? poorpeet Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 For cleaning I'm sure Napier stuff is fine though I've not used it. As for stock oil.
