Rabbit flu isn't a new thing, its been around for ages. I can remember my rabbit having it when I was a kid.

Nothing to be concerned about, simply aim at your chosen rabbit but rather than dispaching smartly observe for a few moments. If it has a little rabbity pack of kleenex there, or it sneezes, don't shoot it :friends:

From the sounds of things this was an extreme case which was misdiagnosed. I can see it being a complete pain in the **** to tell the difference between regular flu (if there is such a thing) and this rare flu.

If I was a doctor and a farmer came in presenting flu symptoms I would be concerned, they are a hardy breed and don't tend to like doctors or going to see them unless its really important.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing though.
