Birds dont seem to want to eat a lot!
M ROBSON
Poults should not die from starvation if you've got growers pellets out for them. The wet conditions brings bacteria out in force, Coccidiosis for one.
Paul223
and Trichomonas and Hexamita, both show signs of stavation, breast bone like a knife
al4x
I have to say touch wood ours are doing rather well so far, been in 10 days had a couple of deaths in the first day but thats it. Its been helped a lot by this weather that we have down south lovely and sunny and the birds are in good nick. Feeding and drinking well so looking good but we only have 300 down in a half acre pen so that helps reduce disease risk.
