jamesneale89
Where you travelling from? It's good for fowling there was approx 12,000 wigeon and 5,000 pinks last season that's the main quarry really. Be more than happy to show you round , just I have to balance the wildfowling with pheasant shoots on diff weekends and days. What sort of gun you planning to use? I am living near Scarborough, North Yorkshire..usually go to the Humber and have a few trips north to the solway and aberdeenshire so dont mind travelling to lindisfarne, have always fancied a go there and thought i might get chance this season if i can get my hands on a permit. Will more than liekly only be a handful of times i will get up that way. i have a s/s 10 bore which i will be using for all my wildfowling

Ie always wanted to shoot the geese at solway i like the humber, the part i go is mainly just ducks nice quiet place to do abit of armed birdwatching solway has never been quiet when i have been and often see a few shooting at geese out of range, always seen lots of geese but never really had many chances due to them flying over high up
