crowcaller Posted August 14, 2012 Report Share Posted August 14, 2012 had to take my dog to the vets. on way back had a look at some fields that were being combined. both fields had birds on a mixture of pigeons and crows. the farmer wanted me to concentrate on the crows as they dig the seed out when sown. set up at 2. oclock and had three good hours the blacks decoyed well and so did the pigeons. at times had both pigeons and crows over the deeks, and had to leave pigeons as farmer was in next field . it was fast at first with crows for about 2 hours , they then stopped coming, but pigeons still flying so started on them and haD GOOD HOUR or so' the bag was 31crows and 17 pigeons a total 48 in three hours. a good afternoon out.
