The ones that keep coming knocking john and nppc are that ones that have back tracked taking land , taking their mates on for free , and ones who have started their own rival club up, its a diy club you find the fields and birds and john will help you the best he can it works about 2 quid a week some so called guides on here charge 30 quid a day for over shot fields and birds their only interest in making money . Nppc is a brilliant concept for the working man and beginner so give it a break John shooter loves shooting and is a genuine honest bloke .

I joined a while back before I got some of my own permission haven't actually shot any of the fields but if you have not got anywhere to go yourself at least you can still get out for the day. If I was closer mate I would meet up for a days shooting but have got somewhere by me now so with cost of fuel and time traveling I just stay local. When weather gets better tho will probably travel to some Nppc land for a change. I hope someone takes you upon the offer Williamr and ignore negative comments just get out and do some shooting and enjoy it surely its not all about numbers it's the taking part for me that counts.

Just to correct some of the negative comments about NPPC which have been posted. When a member you are issued with Maps of "all" available fields and you may shoot "all" available fields subject to booking in the day before. How else would the system work? NPPC is an excellent concept run by John Shooter, a highly respected and ethical man in the shooting world. John has done far more in support of shooters rights than perhaps this forum will ever know. If you have your own permissions then great but if not NPPC is first class value for money. Remember though that pigeons are wild birds and as such sport is never a certainty.
