kent
The perch stock is quite strong in widermere at present also Ulswater, fished both sucsesfully this year. Biggest i have ever seen came from Bassenthwaite taken by my wife on a large plug. not Northumbria granted but non too far from much of it and well worthwhile, though hard in winter once the lake turns over
Roundhead1649
Tees river is still good, about once a year I struggle up river with my seagull and avon and find a quiet stretch and have 1 maggot underneath one of my older floats, really light gear, it bobs under on minnows but its usually Perch that get caught.
