game_boy
Saw this on the latest Fieldsports TV episode. Looks pretty good and competitively priced. Is anyone considering it or have any experience of them? Cheers.

V8 90
Perhaps you have a poor red led unit ? Or maybe you need the extra tube & second battery for uber performance as in the ad's !! Ask Lardy on BBS or NV.co.uk

hillmouse
The best lamping kit I have ever used. Nothing even comes close to the LED performance and the coloured LED's whooop filters every time but do need the extension tube and second battery. Light, powerful, long battery life, no wires or fumbly switches to annoy you. The bracket is the least good part of the package and needs improvement for adjustment and I find it scarey to tighten the clamp on to a £1700 scope tube. Deben has problems now. This light thrashes Tracers and other similair brands on price and performance. I admit to being biased as a dealer outlet but took one home to test it and its not going back. Ever. If fitted with the extra tube and IR lens, how would it compare with an N1000 as an illuminator for a Pulsar N550? (See foosa's thread further down this forum.) And could it be mounted on the N550's picatinny rail? And would adjustment be an issue with the Nitemaster being side-mounted? I'm in the market for a better illuminator for my Pulsar and a compact flashlight unit for my .222 for foxing. Could this do both?
theosmith
right went out last night fully charged with 2 batterys not the one wow wow wow much better than the light force with red filter on so much being held with 2 mounts aswell, but not as good as laser designator nd3 x 50 subzero but thats just an opinon, didnt bother getting the pics as the club house was open and was the bit where i wanted to go

There may be something else coming out soon. Mounting is the biggest issue in my opinion. Something adjustable and more adaptable would make a great lamp in to an unbeatable package. Not tried it with ring mounts instead of the standard clamp system yet but some tweaking is needed. Side mounting proabably wont be possible with the supplied bracket.
