White Lodge
Hello. I am thinking of getting a semi-auto for pigeons etc, sadly left-handed semi-autos seem to be lacking in the market place. I don't want to spend too much, so it would be either a good second hand one or something budget/entry level. I don't need anything fancy, just something that can use in the pick up, hide or farm. So far I am tempted by a second hand Browning 1100 LH, they seem to be popular with lots of favourable reviews, also there are several on the internet at the moment. The alternative is to go new but I can't find too many and the ones I have attract mixed reviews. So I thought that I would throw it out to my more informed colleagues. Thanks in advance Edited September 22, 2012 by White Lodge
HDAV
Hatsan is the only budget LH, benelli and Fabarm the alternatives not sure if Remington still do a LH. Many LH shooters shoot a RH ejecting semi with stock cast on most use shims to adjust the cast if your happy with RH ejection there are far more options, Browning, Winchester, beretta and more Lampeter shooting supplies and gun shop rugby specialise in LH guns so worth a chat
solz
im in exactly the same situation (after a L/H semi), if you look at my post i have asked a few question regarding what is out there on the market, most of them have got some useful replies) from where im at its either the benellie m2, although this is going to be over the budget i imagine. or the new Hatsan. concerning the Hatsan i would advise going for the lasted model, this is the one with extended chokes as i have heard this to have the best review. ive seen them ranging from £350 - £450 brand new. however every day i change my mind on which i should go for, the hatsan or benellie i know fabarm do i L/H semi as well, havent heard to many reviews on these though. as for shooting R/H semis left handed i have decide to stay away from this option as ive only had bad experience doing this. yet us know what you decide ATB Solz
