tom9284 Posted October 3, 2012 Report Share Posted October 3, 2012 i hear a lot about flight lines but where i shoot there really isnt a flight line they come in from all over the place which makes it hard where to set the hide. is this just the time of year or is it just my look i get on a field where the pigeons do what they want lol. The trick is to watch the last few seconds before the land they will turn to gain as much air brakes as possible . That is the direction the want to land so you need to be in front or to the side of that with your hide. You can see flight lines all over the place when your out try and pick one on a windy day and they should try up follow a valley to keep out of the wind , you should find birds at the end of it.
