I have 1 fitted to a Browning T Bolt Hmr -

The Picture quality on 4.5x is excellent but on 1.5x (on board doubler) isn't so good.

The built in IR Laser isn't quite upto the job - it Would have been better if they'd fitted the 808 but that's another market for Pulsar.

Personally I like the Ret that's loaded on from the factory - there's been threads on NVUK about the changing of these or rather lack of - you may wish to join & have a look.

I have fitted a Dr Bobs doubler to mine & it's 100% better

I have also put together an IR Led Torch that has transformed it totally - The Nightmaster 800IR is supposed to be in another league but I haven't seen 1 yet.

All in all I think (with the mods I've done) it is an excellent piece of kit - tonight I was watching a Fox clearly at 200yds + a couple of Badgers again 160-200yds

If you fit a Dr Bobs Doubler placing the Ret on a fox at 200yds is a doddle !

If don't fit fit 1 & use the on board Doubler the image will be somewhat unclear - there are quite a few clips on YouTube showing the tests & findings - with & without doublers & with different IR Lasers/Illuminators.
