Walker56
Hi everyone I have recently bought a lanber deluxe sporter haven't shot it yet but I was cleaning it around the ejectors and I noticed the cocking arms were not level the left arm has no resistance moves freely the right one has resistance like it is spring loaded does this mean the left one has a broken spring ? Also with the snap caps in the gun only releases one trigger won't release second unless I switch to the other one with the toggle switch on the safety switch is this normal. beerdeor
Try this after you have pulled the trigger for the first barrell tap the but on the floor, the second barrell is all set by inertia hth Jim
Walker56
Thanks will try that when I get home tonight I've heard that they don't engage the second barrel unless its live cartridges so that puts my mind at rest ,what worries me is the cocking arm that has no resistance . Yes that is normal. it wont release the second trigger because cocking it only sets the first trigger. recoil setts the second!
Walker56
Thanks guys tried flicking safety it fires the other barrel so must be cocking both just a little worried about the cocking arm that has freedom just to move back and forth on its own will. Think when I go to the clay ground I'll get it checked out by the smith that's there. Thanks again mark.
