miroku moocher
i make me own floaters out of 7ft lengths of bamboo and some 3mm wire. they work great for me , i'v also made a couple out of old fishing rods they work great aswell. cumbrian shooter
i make v shaped sticks to use rather than cradles they work just as good. just pop the birds head through the v shape in the stick and it looks as tho its sitting up! mad1
I made some ( well 100's ) of head steaks to be used when putting the shot decoys out quicker and Easyer than trying to find a shaped stick ;-) Pm me if you want some sending ! hedd-wyn
I buy 100 kebab sticks of flebay for a quid and use them as head steaks. However Mad1's method is somewhat more elegant than mine. Top stuff pal, very tidy

cumbrian shooter
i do find the sticks before i shoot tho. honestly every tree has them. but as said your way is more elegant so to speak! interesting to see what ideas come up! mad1
I also use the steel strapping to push into the bottom of the plastic deeks as it gives them a better realistic movement ;-)
