Merlin64
Anybody have or know of a bipod that you can attach to the rifle without having to drill holes and attach studs ? I dont want the bipod on permanent as I like to hunt in woodland and around the fields , so am mostly mobile . But I fancy just trying some static hunts near to warrens for a change . Thanks
Blunderbuss
Does your rifle not have a sling? If it does you can attach or remove a bipod from the sling swivel stud just as you see fit, it takes about ten seconds tops. If you you don't have a sling or sling swivels and don't want to fit them your options are a bit limited. You can get bipods which clamp to the barrel but that can be a disaster for accuracy. apache
Easy option is a short bipod/tripod rest http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MINI-STALKER-HUNTING-SHOOTING-TRIPOD-EXTENDING-GUN-RIFLE-REST-STICKS-FOX-DEER-/180781059399?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item2a17640d47
FalconFN
Get some shooting sticks - I use them all the time when kneeling or sitting. I made mine for less than a fiver and they are perfect, light strong and very adaptable. These is the ones but the shorter ones. http://youtu.be/uqsQjpx87zo Edited October 22, 2012 by FalconFN
