PatK100
Hello Folks, My step sone has just applied for his SGC and his FEO visit was about a month ago and all seemed to go well, he has just rung the local constabulary firearm deparment and asked how the apllication is going and has been told the 'application gone for review'. Is this a normal stage in events or should I warm him to be dissappoined ? Thanks Pat
Imperfection
The FEO who visited him simply puts the case to the head of firearms licensing. If he objected to anything they would usually tell you there and then so its in the bag basically.
parapilot
It will go to licenceing officer for desision either way, feo can only recomend and not make the desision. However if it is getting refused, they will send it to the legal team before refusal. No doubt to cover them incase you take it to court.
