Gimlet
What problems are you having exactly? Can't get it to zero, won't hold zero..? Can you be more specific? Edited November 17, 2012 by Gimlet
bornfree
The zeroing is the opposite of a normal scope. go right for left and up for down. bornfree
Jolly
you need to move the cross hair to the target so it may be offset its a bit odd but once you get used to it you wont go back

Gimlet
Is it shooting tight groups, regardless of where they're striking, or is it all over the place?
trapper trev
its all over the place mate
Gimlet
Assuming you're using your regular ammo that suits your rifle and you haven't bought the whole outfit together and you don't know which ammo suits it; and that you've checked all the mountings, including where the bracket attaches to the sight body, then take the sight back. They're pretty good about replacing faulty units. It should shoot tight groups. If its second hand from a dealer take it back also, you are entitled to a refund or at least a credit. If it was private second hand you can get them fixed but at what price I don't know. You might be better getting a trade in from a pulsar dealer. Eliminate everything else first though. Have you been starting zeroing at close range, 25 yds? And have you tried zeroing without using the one-shot mode?

Blackbart
Sounds like a rifle problem and not a sight problem. Barell touching stock maybe.
Gimlet
What rifle is it on? I take it that rifle shot perfectly well with an ordinary scope?
