30-6
After ripping loads of trousers thought i'd share this tip for a "barbed wire guard". I had an old wax type jacket that was destined for the bin as it had gone too small for me, and i could not even give it away as everyone now wants the latest type of materials. I cut a big an area as i could out of the back and then divided this into two. Then using a glue that will stick fabric (i think i used uhu), stick these halves together with the aid of some flat boards and weights and leave overnight, make sure you stick the clean "inside of the material" together. Once stuck cut the biggest square you can out of this piece, fold in half with a good crease and then fold in half again with a good crease, so you now have a quarter size of original square. It folds very easily and keeps its shape. It is small, but big enough to do the job, light to carry and fits in a pocket. When you come to a fence you need to cross just unfold and place on barbed wire, get over, then put back in your pocket. JOB DONE.
