Jim c
Hi looking to get one for part of a permission and so my girl friend can use it. My question is. Can I use it as a normal 410 for clay shooting etc. and then use sub sonic cartridges for rabbiting when I choose. They seem fairly cheap Thank jim

Jim c
Ok lovely cheers. What people think of the baikal hush powers with the synthetic stock
mick miller
I thought mine was excellent, I just had no need for it after a while. I found that 2 1/2" plaswads were the quietest in mine.
Gee.
Ive got one and its ok where noise is an issue and range isnt too great, another tool which has its uses. Like swinging a bloody drain pipe tho, so wouldn't want to shoot clays with it lol

jackinbox99
Ive the mossberg pump action hushpower in .410 and ive used it on the clays several times. Its really weird as you dont need ear protection with them, and it totally smokes the clays. I mean blasts them into powder. Probably cos of the choke they run on them. I certainly caused a stir at my local range with one and had loads of people coming up to me and talking about it. The baikel one is pretty good, and you`ll find it will hold its value. If you look on the for sale sections you`ll see they are always usually between 200->250 2nd hand. Its up to you what cartridges you use in it really, although some say the moderator prefers certain types etc.
